My Health Record

October 15 is the deadline for opting out of My Health Record. There is a lot of benefit in having this record, in particular for those with chronic health conditions. We have information at available at the clinic about this and the process of opting out should you want to do so.

Flu Vaccine 2018

Flu vaccines now available for this season.  Please note all those over 65 years can have the new high dose flu vaccine. These patients as well as all those with a chronic health condition and children 6months to under 5 years of age can have a free flu shot. All others can have the private flu shot. Having the vaccine at your regular GP clinic is best practice as they have opportunity to review your record, recommend the best flu vaccine for you, and record in your notes for continuity of care. We are running a few clinics a day and if these don't suit then we can accomodate other times. Ring 9456-5999 to book. Your visit will be bulk billed if you are attending for this only.

For those who cannot attend due to work, we run work site clincs; make enquires through our office manager.  If you do have it at work or elsewhere pleae notify your gp at your next visit so that we can make documentation on your file.
